My Availability & Rates: I am available Monday through Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM, with at least 24 hours notice. Weekend, morning and late night sessions are available with at least 72 hours notice.

My session rates begin at $200/hour and may heighten depending upon the nature of the session and the type of dungeon space I rent for U/us. Extended sessions are also available.

If you elect for a simple dungeon space, I will charge you $200/hour. For a more elaborate space, I will charge you $250/hour.    

I require a $25 deposit prior to O/our session for first time clients. My time is precious, as is yours, and I want to be sure that when I book you, you will show up!     

Double sessions with another beautiful Mistress are available with 72 hours notice for a tribute of $400 for 1 hour / $500 for 2 hours. Triple sessions, for those who dare, are also available.

If you Wish to Offer Tribute: I receive many requests from submissives who want to pay tribute to Me outside of a session. I do accept and appreciate gifts from My loyal servants, but not as a replacement for the session fee. If you are planning on arranging a session with Me and would like to send a gift in advance, or if W/we already know each other and you would like to display your affections through a gift of some kind, contact Me so W/we can discuss gifts.

Some of the gifts I desire from My submissives are boots and fetish shoes in a size 8, bras in size 36DD or 38D, stockings/nylons or thigh highs [XL or plus size], latex, leather, fetish wear and fetish toys [floggers, ropes, candles, etc.]. Other ideas for a gift I would appreciate are tasteful wines and liquors, gift certificates, books and assorted eclectic memorabilia.

More About the Dungeon: Your privacy is of My utmost concern. I use two fully equipped private dungeons located within walking distance from Penn Station in Manhattan [NYC, New York]. 

In the dungeon spaces I use, all items handled during playtime [equipment/furniture, floggers, paddles, floors, ball gags, etc.] are cleaned with a hospital brand cleaning solution, and all ropes and cross-dressing items are washed regularly. I also use much of My own equipment, and I take care of all of My things as precious gold... much the same as I expect you to treat Me.

Safe, Sane & Consensual: What does safe, sane and consensual mean anyway? When you submit to a Dominant, it is the Dominant's responsibility to make sure that you will not be harmed in a way you did not intend. When you play with a Professional Dominatrix, you are taking a risk, because you do not know the person, you are going into a stranger's facility and you are expected to fully submit to this person. You need to be certain that you are protected and not taken advantage of in a negative or harmful way. You should only be taken advantage of in the best possible ways!

Sane does not imply W/we won't get crazy/test your limits. Part of BDSM is letting go of our inhibitions and living out O/our fantasies. But I have no desire to be held responsible for a serious injury, which means one of U/us has to keep an eye on reality. You can let go of your sanity (vanilla tendancies), but I'll be checking in to make sure you are safe. Sane also means that I respect your personal life and confidentiality. Consensual means that W/we agree upon the type of play/session/scene, but don't think that I won't try to expand your horizons! You will constantly be pushed to new levels, but if you have hard lines or if you say your safe word, I will honor your request.

1. Things you want to do during the session. Please note that I do not do anything that can result in severe injury, permanent marks or sexually transmitted disease.
   
2. Where to draw the limits - that is, how far W/we can go without it becoming unsafe. Let Me know beforehand of any disabilities, illnesses, allergies, etc. that you may have. If pain is going to occur, it should be "good" pain, never "bad" pain, so keep Me informed.
   
3. Any bad experiences that you may have had in the past and things that you do not like/do not want to happen.  
   
4. I will also assign a safe word which is generally “red” unless you already have a word selected. You can use the safe word at anytime to stop the current activity. It is your responsibility to use a safe word if you notice anything that may cause danger (for example, feeling dizzy or faint, bonds that may be too tight, etc.).
